Mackenzie has over 10 years experience as an entrepreneur and is passionate about assisting entrepreneurs and small business owners reach success!
MEET OUR HOST, MACKENZIE KILSHAW
Mackenzie Kilshaw (Firby) is a Canadian entrepreneur.
She obtained her Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003 and has continuing education certificates in Digital Marketing from York University and Leadership Principles through Harvard Business School. She excelled in the business community in Saskatchewan for ten years before beginning her entrepreneurial journey.
Her first business, Two Fifty Two Boutique (TFT) was opened in Saskatoon in 2014 and a second location followed in Regina in 2017. In 2022, Mackenzie developed, produced and launched her first podcast, #WINNING. In late 2022, Mackenzie sold TFT becoming a full circle entrepreneur. Her journey continues with returning to her alma mater, The University of Saskatchewan Edward's School of Business, as a Sessional Lecturer and her latest venture, Mackenzie Kilshaw Co. as a Business Coach and Consultant.
Mackenzie has been a finalist and recipient of various awards including Women of Distinction, SABEX and ABEX. In 2016, 2017 and 2018, Mackenzie was honoured to be a YWCA Women of Distinction Award nominee in Entrepreneurship. Mackenzie was also nominated for the 2016 ABEX Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Her boutique has been the recipient of two Customer Service SABEX awards and was the recipient of the New Business Venture SABEX Award in 2016.

Mackenzie has had speaking engagements at the University of Saskatchewan, on Global and CTV TV and various Chamber of Commerce events in Saskatchewan.
​
Community involvement and having a positive effect in our province are extremely important to Mackenzie. She believes in supporting local charities and events as a way of giving back to the community that has been so supportive to her and Two Fifty Two Boutique.
In 2017, Mackenzie received the Canada 150 Medal for her dedication to community involvement and volunteerism.

Mackenzie sits on the Board of Directors for the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
​
She resides in Saskatchewan with her husband and step-son and enjoys life as a sports parent!
